aBi is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers to provide high-quality supplies and equipment for our agribusiness development program. This initiative aims to support smallholder farmers, cooperatives, and agribusiness enterprises by enhancing productivity, sustainability, and food security in selected parts of the country.
Evaluation Criteria
- Competitive pricing will be a key factor
- Suppliers with proven track records and certifications (ISO, REACH) will be prioritized
- Offers with faster delivery schedules will score higher
- Past performance with similar orders will be reviewed
Must Have
- Bidders must be authorized resellers of the specified hardware brands
- The supplier must guarantee delivery within 30 days of contract award
- Preference will be given to suppliers who have successfully handled large corporate or government contracts.
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Valid work permit for Belgium
Scope of Supply:
- High-yield seeds (maize, beans, vegetables,)
- Organic and synthetic fertilizers
- Pesticides and herbicides (eco-friendly preferred)
- Irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, and solar-powered options)
- Farming tools (hoes, planters, harvesters, etc.)
- Post-harvest storage solutions (silos, drying racks, packaging materials)
